His experience includes serving as CTO at multiple award-winning companies, including Credit Sesame and Savvion, Director of Venture Development at the Singularity Institute for AI, and Technology and Strategy Advisor at The Enterprise Network (TEN) — a top Silicon Valley incubator hosting more than fifty startups at any given time — where he guided founders and executive teams through the challenges of early-stage development and growth.
His venture development experience spans both sides of M&A — from supporting acquirers in technology due diligence and post-merger integration to guiding companies through acquisition and scaling within larger enterprise environments.
Pejman holds a B.S./M.S. in Computer Science from Dortmund University in Germany and is certified as a PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt. He has authored multiple patents and standards and has published numerous papers, including Heptalysis Venture Management, the NPDI Process, machine learning at scale, and a feature-engineering approach to AI.
