NNclass and Ctree are a set of three tools in Excel for
building prediction and classification models. They are
free and open source. These tools are good for small to
medium sized data sets. The aim here is to provide easytouse
tools for beginners in the areas of neural network, prediction
and classification problems. Users can put their own data
sets in the tools, play with various parameters and study
the effect of final result. Such tools will be useful for
classroom teaching setting as well as quickly building small
prototypes. Users are free to use, share and distribute
the tools. The code is written in VBA and are present in
the Excel files.
